dp+partners worked closely with the client and contractor to create this new three- story, 63,000 SF office building in the historic DC neighborhood of Anacostia. The Anacostia Gateway office building, a $19M development has 14,000 SF of retail space, 49,000 SF of Class A office space and related space, and 112 sub-grade parking spaces. We provided services that include: site evaluation and master planning; schematic design; design documents; construction documents; construction administration; interior design, IT and security coordination.
