The United Methodist Community Housing complex will be a vibrant center of activity near downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The 200,000 SF mixed-use complex will include a childcare development center for up to 200 children ages infant to 5 years of age, senior housing with 70 mixed units, and support. A senior center will include: 5,000 SF flex space, dining, commercial kitchen, multi-purpose room, aquatic center, gymnasium with locker rooms, meeting rooms, auditorium, computer labs, lounge areas, game rooms, art studio, training room and café.
